A California film company is preparing to capture the restoration
of a 1930s diner by the Lincoln Highway Heritage Corridor.
Olga Herbert, the corridor's executive director, wants to find
someone in the Ligonier Valley willing to offer temporary storage
space for the diner during the restoration process and the filming
of the movie.
Ultimate Restorations of Sausalito, Calif., is scheduled to
arrive in September to produce the work documenting efforts by the
corridor to restore the original 1938 Serro's Diner, Herbert said
Monday.
"I think it would be a nice way to showcase the Ligonier Valley
by having the restoration take place there during the filming,"
Herbert said.
