economy:
Send employees to a picturesque horse farm owned by a personal
chef with a doctorate in organizational behavior. Divide employees
into teams in the farmhouse kitchen and direct each to create a dish
for a Cuban-themed meal.
Keep it casual. Offer employees a beer or a glass of wine as they
stir rice and beans on the stove, or shape dough with a fragrant
meat filling into half-moon pies.
Watch teams negotiate for oven space, communicate about the
timing of recipe steps, delegate tasks and troubleshoot the
unexpected, such as running out of onions.
If all goes well, everyone gets a bonus of an exceptional meal ...
