Article: Aryana files countersuit for Pharaoh's in Redlands

Pharaoh's Theme and Water Park operator Shahvand Aryana filed court papers Monday that he claims will garner him a more than $8million payout or full control of the defunct Redlands amusement park.

Aryana filed a cross-complaint in San Bernardino Superior Court seeking declaratory relief from park owner Aladdin Entertainment Group LLC, owned by Yucaipa resident James Braswell. Aryana and Braswell are in the middle of a continuing court battle over ownership of the park.

Aryana filed his action on behalf of Pharaoh's Theme and Water Park Inc. - the company he says he and Braswell created to manage the amusement park. Aryana was named the company's CEO in June 2006, according to the ...
