New law protects students from credit card companies but personal
responsibility is still needed
CHICAGO, Aug. 13 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Legislation just
signed into law by Illinois Governor Pat Quinn aims to protect
college students from being lured with freebies to sign up for
credit cards. While the law intends to make credit card companies
and schools more responsible, students still need to take personal
