New law protects students from credit card companies but personal responsibility is still needed

CHICAGO, Aug. 13 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Legislation just signed into law by Illinois Governor Pat Quinn aims to protect college students from being lured with freebies to sign up for credit cards.
