LONG BEACH
New construction notice requirements
The city of Long Beach has new requirements for providing notice
of public hearings for all planning applications submitted on or
after Aug. 13.
Changes include: The radius around a project has expanded for
giving notice, sites must be posted with a 30-inch by 40-inch sign,
and all residents must be given notice.
