ASSOCIATIONS
* Charleston native Michael Gibbons has been elected chairman of
the National Restaurant Association's Board of Directors for the
term that begins in mid-September and continues through December
2010. Gibbons is owner and president of Mainstreet Ventures Inc.,
headquartered in Ann Arbor, Mich. Mainstreet Ventures is the
operator of the Tidewater Grill and The Chop House at Charleston
Town Center.
* Winston McHenry, president of Winjean Trucking Co.,
Summersville, has been elected chairman of the West Virginia Motor
Truck Association's Board of Directors for 2009-2010. Also elected:
