opinion
To his critics he is an arrogant misogynist who wouldn't be where
he is without his famous father, Kingsley. To his fans he is a
brilliant chronicler of our times whose literary success - and
success with women - has fuelled resentment and envy. As Martin Amis
prepares to celebrate his 60th birthday on Tuesday, we asked 15
