Chris Maslowski of Hamden is now a tenth of a millionaire, and that's OK with him.

"I'm still excited," Maslowski said Thursday night at J. Roo's in North Haven after a national television audience saw him walk away from ABC's 10th anniversary edition of "Who Wants To Be A Millionaire" with $100,000.

Maslowski and his wife, Lori, had a whirlwind experience when they went to New York two weeks ago to tape the show, and now they were sharing it with the world.

When the $250,000 question was flashed on the TV screen, "A howdah is used for which of these purposes?" A) Charming a snake; B) Blindfolding a hawk; C) Sitting on an elephant or D) Taming a lion, ...
