Tollgrade Communications, Inc., a supplier of network service
assurance test products and solutions, reported revenue of $12.0
million for the second quarter ended June 27, which includes $1.4
million in revenue that is reported in discontinued operations as a
result of the sale of the cable product line on May 27.
In a release on July 29, the Company noted that total
consolidated revenue for the quarter was within the Company's
earlier guidance range of $11 million to $14 million. GAAP loss per
share from continuing operations for the quarter was ($0.12). The
loss for the quarter included the effects of non-cash charges for
