Wine class at Clay Center
Culinary Institute of America certified wine professional Sam
Uppala will teach a class on champagne and other sparkling wines
from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sept. 19. Art & Science of Wine VII includes
a three-course lunch served after the discussion. Registration fee
