I find that my Viking oven heats up the entire kitchen and stays
warm for hours after it is turned off. During the summer, I avoid
this drain on the HVAC and choose instead to grill entire meals
outside. I typically use our gas grill, simply because it is so easy
to quickly heat and clean and because it has a side burner for
boiling, steaming and sauteing that lets me keep all of my cooking
in one area. With a little monitoring, the grill maintains a steady
temperature that allows me to cook everything from a whole chicken
to bread, pizza and even dessert.
