Article: Venetucci Farm to host benefit dinner

Some of our most talented chefs will participate in the Starlight Dining at The Venetucci Farm. The chefs prepare a meal from ingredients picked fresh at the farm that day. You'll get a horse- drawn wagon tour of the farm and get to know more about the importance of eating fresh, locally grown food.

Cost is $100 per person ($50 is tax-deductible). Proceeds benefit the programs at the farm. It's limited to 30 people for each dinner. Call 389-1251, ext. 110, to make reservations. Here are the dates and chefs who will be on hand.

6-9 p.m. Monday - Ed Clark, executive chef for Bon Appetit Management Co. at Colorado College, and Hilary McCandless, with Pizzeria Rustica.
