Firm tailors IP services for India

The law firm Hiscock & Barclay LLP announced it is offering new services tailored for Indian companies bringing products to market in the United States.

Mark Peroff, a partner in the firm and co-chairman of its Intellectual Property and Technology Practice, is developing the services with Alpa Patel, an attorney with experience in establishing patent and trademark rights, litigation and licensing. Patel has spoken and written about a variety of intellectual properties issues.
