S.C. Summerfest
was a joy to behold
What a great week. South Charleston hosted a wonderful Summerfest
- great music, food, entertainment, antique cars and those beautiful
Clydesdale horses. The lines were so very long to ride in the buggy
drawn by the horses.
The South Charleston Museum Foundation had a booth where we sold
water, and we did really well, as the weather was beautiful.
Many thanks go to a lot of people who helped make this a
wonderful week: the police department, the fire department, the
public works department and the park employees. Mick at the park and
Mike Fernatt at the public works were there every morning bright and
early. They helped me erect my tent and take it down ...
