BIDS for the construction of the Radford Water Improvements,
Intermediate Pressure Zone, and Inglewood Improvements, will be
received at the office of the City of Radford, 619 Second Street,
Radford, Virginia 24141, until 2:00 P.M. local prevailing time on
October 15, 2009 and then at said office publicly opened and read
aloud.
