SAN BERNARDINO - Officials from the city of Redlands claim the
city won a court victory Thursday in its case against Pharaoh's
Theme and Water Park.
But the park's operator disagrees.
San Bernardino Superior Court Judge Frank Gafkowski Jr. granted
the city's request for a preliminary injunction to stop any all-
night dance parties, said Redlands city spokesman Carl Baker.
The preliminary injunction will remain in effect until a trial is
held.
City attorneys filed a lawsuit including the request for a
preliminary injunction April 27 against Pharaoh's Water and Theme
Park, Inc., Pharaoh's operator Shahvand Aryana and Aryana Management
Group; event promoters Jeff Ryan Dillard and Motive Media, ...
