He is giving a tour of the brand-new bar and lounge area -- all dark woods, shiny mirrors and pinpoint lighting -- of the Center Club, the private luncheon and dinner club for Baltimore's business elite. Miller is president of the club, which occupies the better part of two floors of 100 Light Street, a stolid stone tower adjacent to the Inner Harbor.
