Sylvia Skinner Andersen has been named chief executive officer of
N.E.C. Group Inc. She succeeds founder Dan Greene, who has retired
after 33 years. Andersen has been producing N.E.C. Group's consumer
events for more than 25 years.
Scott Brady, Grady Marshall and Wendy Leonelli are members of
newly formed Mountain West Retail Property Services. Brady is a
retail specialist, with a background in property analysis. Marshall
formerly worked in property management and asset services and now
specializes in retail, investment and land commercial real estate
services. Leonelli, a licensed real estate sales agent and
appraiser, has joined the company as an executive assistant.
