SOME intriguing nuggets from the new Commons Register of MPs'
financial interests -- particularly as they must now declare how
many hours of part-time work they do for other employers. Shadow
foreign secretary William Hague, the Tory that many in the City
would like to see as shadow chancellor, has said he got Pounds
4166.67 for advising the board of directors of JCB Group for four
hours -- or more than Pounds 1000 an hour.
Meanwhile, former health secretary Patricia Hewitt says she got
Pounds 4600 inclusive of VAT for 15 ...
