Article: Paterakis pleads guilty in Baltimore City Circuit Court to campaign finance violation

UPDATED 8:40 p.m. Bakery magnate and developer John Paterakis reached a plea agreement with State Prosecutor Robert A. Rohrbaugh on July 29, the day after he was indicted for violating campaign finance laws by splitting the cost of a political poll for City Councilwoman Helen L. Holton with developer Ronald H. Lipscomb.

But that news was not announced until Friday afternoon, when Paterakis, dressed in muted green and brown and using a wheeled walker, appeared in Baltimore City Circuit Court for his scheduled arraignment.
