Article: FOI request filed for No. Haven wage results study

NORTH HAVEN -- The town's clerical union has resorted to a Freedom of Information request in an attempt to get the results of its wage and classification study, and it's not clear when the information will be ready.

In an Aug. 20 letter, union President Jean Hatzopoulos asked for "a copy of the complete job classification studies for all employees" of the town. Director of Finance and Administration J. Michael Betz responded within the four-day guideline of the state Freedom of Information Act, acknowledging the request. "The town will research this request and get back to you accordingly."
