The owner of five manufactured housing communities in the Oklahoma
City area sold the properties for $5.5 million as part of a
nationwide $1 billion reorganization of the company, according to
Oklahoma County property records and company officials.
ARC III, a unit of the Denver-based Affordable Residential
Communities, sold:
* The Golden Rule community at 2001 S. MacArthur Blvd. in Oklahoma
City for $1.66 million to ARC Communities 7.
* The Westmoor community at 7901 S. Council Road in Oklahoma City
to ARC Communities 3.
* Midwest City's Glenview community at 1619 N. Douglas Blvd. to
ARC Communities 4 for $300,000.
* The Misty Hollow community at 910 N. Oakview in Midwest City to
