If you haven't been to the East Troy Electric Railroad lately, you might be surprised by all the changes this year. Director Ted Derse explained that a lot has changed - for the better.

Unlike other industries that are doing poorly during this economic downturn, the East Troy Electric Railroad (ETER) actually saw tremendous growth in the last year. In fact, business is up almost 50 percent for the year.

Derse said the dinner trains are practically sold out all the way through October - a large feat considering each dinner train holds 100 people.
