PITTSBURGH, Sept. 15 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The Department of Environmental Protection has reached an agreement to resolve all litigation in connection with the 2005 Forward Township, Allegheny County, ash slide and its related 2006 subsidence incident on State Route 2007, locally known as River Hill Road.
