A Mukwonago reader requested the recipe for chicken breasts
stuffed with artichokes from Apron Annie's Catering, W357-S8965
Godfrey Lane in Eagle.
Wendy Laatsch, owner, sent the recipe. She said this dish is
regularly served through her catering business, which once also
housed a restaurant.
"We had a restaurant here (in Eagle) for more than 10 years
called the Back Street Deli, and we ran the catering business out of
the same kitchen.
"About 1 1/2 years ago we closed that restaurant and the
location is now used only for catering. But about three years ago,
we opened the Back Street Cafe, 2566 Sun Valley Drive, in
Delafield."
