As they say, little things can mean a lot. Especially when it
come to Italian food.
La Terra Bakery & Antipasto Bar, which opened earlier this month
in the Meadowbrook shops in Leola, is something different for
Lancaster County: An antipasto, or Italian appetizer, restaurant. La
Terra is a sister restaurant to Mazzi, just down the road at the Inn
at Leola Village, said Deb Shirk. She co-owns La Terra with husband
John Calabrese - chef at Mazzi - and Cory Sayres, executive chef of
the new venture.
