CHEYENNE - A certified public accountant who played a key role in laying the foundation for Laramie County's highly successful economic development program is this year's recipient of the Wyoming Tribune Eagle's Community Spirit Award.

Michl T. McGee will be presented with the award at 1:30 p.m. Thursday at the Cheyenne Frontier Days Old West Museum. The public is invited to attend.
