Harriet "Jeanne" Tabarini, 86, a private registered nurse who
worked in Alexandria from the 1960s to the 1980s, died Sept. 14 at
Emilia Assisted Living Home in Alexandria of complications from a
stroke. She was a resident of Alexandria.
During the 1960s, she also worked as a nurse at the Pentagon.
Harriet Louise Creamer, a native of Uniontown, Pa., received a
nursing degree in 1940 from St. Mary's School of Nursing in
Huntington, W.Va., where she was an emergency room surgery nurse
during the mid-1940s. She moved to the Washington region in 1946.
She was a past president of the Martha Washington Garden Club.
She enjoyed bird-watching.
