Town of Summit - Work on the new senior living campus is nearing completion and readying to open next month.

Lake Country Health and Rehabilitation and Lake Country Landing, a skilled nursing and assisted living community, is at about 85 percent finished, and plans for an open house are scheduled for early December.

"We will have a 100-bed skilled nursing facility and a 60-bed senior assisted-living community. They will be attached by a breezeway, but they are separate entities and each will have their own employees and administrator," explained Heather Tate, communications specialist for the company.
