SERVICE AT YOUR FINGERTIPS - The town has launched an online
Citizens' Support Center. The 311 system allows residents to ask
questions or submit work requests on the city's website and track
their progress online. Requests not responded to in specified
amounts of time are reported to department managers, division
directors, or the mayor's office. The system is set up to take
requests related to public works, including roads, sidewalks, parks,
water, sewer, and trees; health complaints for housing, food
