Article: Organizers ready for weekend party

DAYTON -- Last year, the Ohio State football game went long, so the Dayton Art Institute's Oktoberfest went long as well.

"True story," said Bill Chifala, who chairs this year's 38th Oktoberfest with wife Nancy. "Last year the Ohio State (vs. Wisconsin) game was on and it was supposed to end at 11, but it went long, to 11: 30. We held the grounds open for the last half hour. We made sure the shuttles were working. It was fun (especially since OSU won)."
