The battle lines are being slowly drawn for the next legal fight between jilted winemaker Peter Yealands and successful exporter Oyster Bay Marlborough Vineyards.

Lawyers for Peter Yealands Investment and Oyster Bay, along with majority owner Delegat's Group, met at the Auckland High Court yesterday to figure out what documents Yealands would have to provide to the court.
