"It's hard not to smile," Moser said, strumming the instrument at
chest height. "It's just a happy thing."
Expect many happy people Saturday at the Milwaukee Ukulele
Festival, starting at 11 a.m. at The Coffee House inside Redeemer
Lutheran Church, 631 N. 19th St.
The festival will host some of the most beloved ukulele talents
and regional four-string masters, including The Fabulous Heftones
from Michigan and Milwaukee's Lil Rev, Gerald Ross who specializes
in swing and Hawaiian songs, and Jim Beloff, author of "The Ukulele -
