NEW YORK, Sept. 26 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- President Bill
Clinton was joined today by Secretary of State Hillary Clinton to
close the Fifth Annual Meeting of the Clinton Global Initiative
(CGI). In his remarks, President Clinton announced that by the end
of the meeting, which has been underway since Tuesday, CGI members
in 2009 have made 284 new commitments valued at more than $9.4
