Sometimes I struggle with worry over circumstances I feel I have no control over. However, God tells us in the Bible: "Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God" (Philippians 4:6). "Careful" is defined in Strong's Concordance of the Bible as "to be anxious about." Why, if I am told to not be anxious about anything, would I continue to worry?
