Clark and Palmisano join B&L board

Bausch & Lomb Inc. last week announced that R. Kerry Clark and Robert J. Palmisano have joined its board of directors.

Clark retired earlier this month as chairman and CEO of Cardinal Health Inc., a Fortune 20 company. Under his leadership, the company acquired numerous medical technologies that helped it to expand services to hospitals, pharmacies and clinicians throughout the United States, according to a release from Bausch & Lomb. Clark also spent more than 30 years at Procter & Gamble Co., where he last served as vice chairman of the board. He is currently a director of Textron, General Mills and Hauser Capital Partners.
