Tour 18 at Rose Creek will build a new 15,000-square-foot clubhouse and pro shop.

Tour 18 purchased Rose Creek Golf Course in Edmond in July.

The new clubhouse will include locker rooms, pro shop, a restaurant and lounge, bag storage facilities, event ballroom and a wraparound porch overlooking three holes. The construction project is under the supervision of James Bailey, Tour 18's chief financial officer and vice president. Construction is scheduled to start this fall and be completed by next summer.
