Scott Obenshain knows how to keep his cool.

He shaved his head a couple of days before the Three Rivers District golf tournament because his hair was keeping him too hot. After his first tee shot Tuesday, he shed his jacket because it restricted his swing.

From there, the Glenvar senior went on to burn up Draper Valley Golf Club with a four-under 68 on a chilly autumn day to capture the Three Rivers District tournament.

"It was probably my best tournament in high school because I'm always runner-up or something," Obenshain said. "Winning is an awesome feeling."
