Burt Bragin has joined the marketing and business development
department at Grassi & Co. in Lake Success. Bragin, who most
recently worked for a law firm in Phoenix, Ariz., brings 25 years of
sales and business development experience to his new post.

Adelphi University in Garden City announced that James McGowan
has been named executive director of off-campus administration. A
former associate provost for off-campus programs, McGowan has more
than 20 years of experience in coordination and administration in
