Freshman Chris Farrow, 14, has only been at South River High School for a few weeks, but he already has a resume a senior could envy. The Mayo resident has been an activist for various causes since fourth grade and isn't slowing down.

A resident of Saunders Point in Edgewater, Chris grew up outside, swimming in the community pond a few steps from his backyard, rock climbing and exploring the area on his kayak.
