Article: Two sisters and sister-in-law open business

What can bring a family even closer? Well, according to Deanna Weld, Laurie Frohock, and Carol Weld King, starting a business together is about as close as you can get.

All three of the women grew up in the Roanoke area and attended Cave Spring High School. After graduating from CSHS they all went their separate ways. Sisters King and Frohock went one way, and Weld, who married into the family, another.

About 10 years ago, Frohock moved back into the area and Weld moved back just a year ago.

"Really the area and the attraction of it with family brought us back," Weld said. "We came back to be close to family."

"We love the area, the scenery, Smith Mountain Lake," Frohock said. ...
