Critical Health Violations: Anonymous caller complained about
roaches and moldy food. Inspector found a large amount of discarded
moldy food and several dead and live roaches, most stuck to glue
traps. Inspector also found mold growth on a fan guard, a large
grease spill behind a stove, unapproved pesticides in the kitchen
and food dating violations. Inspector ordered an increase in pest
control, a cleaning of all walls, shelves and ceilings in a cooler
and only approved pesticides be used in the establishment.
