Lighting products maker moves to Chino distribution facility
Voit Real Estate Services' commercial brokerage division handled
the seven-year lease on a new 137,523-square-foot building in Chino
for Westinghouse Lighting Corp., according to a news release.
The company will use the building - at 6718 Bickmore Ave. - as
its regional distribution facility.
Peter Castleton of Voit Real Estate Services' brokerage
division's Irvine office represented Westinghouse Lighting Corp. in
the transaction. Jim Koenig of CBRE represented the landlord,
Manulife Financial.
Westinghouse Lighting Corp., which manufactures and markets
