Lois Sutherland, of Washington Twp., is well known for her successful career as a top Realtor in the Miami Valley, her musical career as an organist at Central Christian Church in Kettering and her commitment to giving back to the community by serving on local boards and making donations to local organizations. What many people don't know is that her greatest supporter is her husband, Roger.

"She's worked hard for everything she has," said Roger, who celebrated his 50th wedding anniversary with Lois on Sept. 27. "She's been a top agent for 20 years. She's broken all records and still she makes time to give back to the community."
