MOVIE REVIEW
WE probably don't need Michael Moore telling us America is full
of sheep, but love him or hate him you can't deny the man uses his
new documentary, "Capitalism: A Love Story," to make a convincing
argument that our pacifism has enabled corporations to rob us of our
jobs, homes, nest eggs and country.
Where's the outrage? And why do we sit idly while Deval Patrick
appoints a special-interest whore like Paul Kirk to the U.S. Senate?
And why do we continue to re-elect guys like Barney Frank and Chris
Dodd who freely give away the bank to the banks?
Is it because, as Moore contends, that we too often believe in
the ruses and lies perpetrated by the powers that be? Or is it just
mere ...
