Todd Gralla doesn't hesitate when asked which came first - overseeing equestrian building projects, polo or his love of horses.

"The horses, because I grew up in a horse family and on a horse farm in Lexington," said Gralla, who started showing horses when he was 9 years old. That runs deep in the family, as daughter Lauren started showing horses last year at age 6. Gralla met his wife, Tonya, while showing horses. Gralla said he still gets to play polo occasionally, but most of his free time dedicated to horses centers on his daughter and her efforts. The family currently owns quarter horses.

"It's a real personal passion," said Gralla.
