WASHINGTON TWP., Montgomery County -- Carin Solganik's home sits near an old mill and is filled with a collection of modern wares and vintage pieces from her family and world travels.

"(My wardrobe) is kind of like my house. Nothing matches, but everything goes together," the Washington Twp. resident said. "I've picked up little pieces of things from all the different things I have done in my life and created a look of my own."

That collection includes pieces from Solganik's favorite local haunts: Secret Ingredient in Kettering and Get Dressed in Oakwood.
