Christchurch internet service provider SNAP Internet is about to move to a new home within the four avenues of Christchurch to reflect its South Island and national growth aspirations.

Chief executive Jamie Cairns says in calendar 2008, SNAP's revenues grew 94 per cent from 2007, and it was hoping to match that growth in 2009.

The ISP conservatively estimated it had 30,000 end users. About 70 per cent are business users.

High double-digit revenue growth was anticipated in the next few years, with staff numbers expected to rise to 32 by year end, from 28 presently.
