A vacant Norman warehouse was recently purchased by Harrison
Gypsum Co. for more than $2 million, officials with Sperry Van Ness-
William T. Strange and Associates said.
And that purchase could be a good sign for the area's industrial
property market.
The building, at 1550 Double C Dr., covers 60,230 square feet and
sits on 10 acres. The building features about 48,500 square feet of
warehouse space and 8,385 square feet of office space. The structure
also includes a 2,950-square-foot wash bay and a 395-square-foot
chemical storage building.
Harrison Gypsum Co. will occupy the site.
