Town of Eagle -- Freddie Hanneman Jr. has a sports and Hollywood
memorabilia and autograph collection that is in a league of its own.
Amassed over nearly five decades, the former New Berlin man
reluctantly is parting ways with the collection, which includes
baseball bats signed by Stan "The Man" Musial, the 1957 World Series
champion Milwaukee Braves and the 1982 American League champion
Milwaukee Brewers.
Beginning Saturday, Hanneman's collection, worth about $100,000,
will be auctioned over three days at the House in the Woods Auction
Gallery in the Town of Eagle in western Waukesha County.
He'd like to keep the treasures, but retiring to sunny Arizona
threw the collection ...
